DEBUT EP ‘A LOVE TALE’
‘A Love Tale’, adalah sebuah ungkapan yang dipilih Nanda Tasha untuk menceritakan kisah perjalanan cinta dalam tiga tahap: jatuh cinta, kehilangan cinta, lalu mengikhlaskan cinta tersebut. Proses yang umumnya dialami oleh mereka yang berani mendewasakan definisi cinta.
Tiga lagu ini merepresentasikan tiga tahapan dalam perjalanan cinta itu sendiri. Berawal dari sesuatu yang dirasa tidak mungkin, UNREAL adalah output dari perasaan jatuh cinta di waktu yang tidak terduga, hingga terasa seperti fantasi liar di malam hari.
FADE yang menjadi track nomor dua adalah pertanyaan atas perubahan situasi saat seseorang merasa berhenti dicintai. Bisa juga menjadi wakil dari kebingungan dan kegelisahan namun berusaha menolak meng-iyakan kenyataan. Anggap saja lagu ini adalah boomerang bagi siapapun yang sedang terjebak dalam hubungan yang dipaksakan.
Di tahap mengikhlaskan cinta, boleh jadi banyak yang belum pernah mengalami dan merasakan tahapan ini. Hampir kebanyakan cinta yang kandas bertransformasi menjadi rasa benci dan dendam. Kemudian lahirlah DEAR THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, yang menjadi penutup oleh Nanda Tasha. Alih-alih menghujat, salam penutup ini dibalut dengan doa dan harapan terbaik untuk siapapun yang direlakan. Karena menyimpan kebencian selalu jadi faktor besar yang menggugurkan perasaan ikhlas.

Riff dari seluruh lagu dalam EP ‘A Love Tale’ ini dikerjakan oleh Nanda Tasha, yang kemudian dipercantik oleh Duta Pamungkas (MarcoMarche). Lirik lagu FADE ditulis oleh Alfin Alsow, DEAR THE LOVE OF MY LIFE oleh Audrey Pradnya, dan UNREAL oleh Nanda Tasha sendiri. Seluruh proses rekaman dikerjakan di kamar dengan instrument gitar dan keyboard. Aransemen sengaja dibuat sederhana untuk ‘mengajak siapapun yang mendengar merasa ikut bersenandung seperti sedang kumpul bersama’.
Di kerjakan sepenuh nya oleh Nanda Tasha yang memainkan semua alat musik dengan rasa bahagia. Tidak lupa adanya petikan gitar Duta Pamungkas yang menambah warna di seluruh lagu ini menjadi semakin matang.
